Together Gibraltar´s second public meeting will be a window for open, constructive debate on feminism, equality and gender issues. These issues have been high on the agenda in recent months, and we believe it is important these ideas are expressed and debated locally, in person, in an atmosphere that is friendly and welcoming.

Neil Samtani, one of "Together Gibraltar´s" most environmentally conscious and active members, presents the panel for our first public event in which we discussed the state of the environment and debated potential ways to improve it.

Dr. Rafael Jimenez boasts an extraordinary career in the field of Renewable Energies, spanning several decades and a variety of roles. He is an accomplished academic, a specialised professional advisor and an entrepreneur. He obtained his Ph.D. in Engineering by the University of Cadiz with the thesis: Designing and Optimizing Energy Efficiency in grid connected Photovoltaic plants, achieving Summa cum laude considerartion.

Lewis Stagnetto is the Marine Biologist and co-founder of The Nautilus Project (TNP), a non-governmental organisation, focusing on local marine issues. Presently, TNP are running a series of campaigns focused on the local reduction of disposable plastic by raising awareness to the harmful effects it has on the environment.

Lyana Armstrong-Emery has a long standing and deep seated belief in the importance of caring for the environment. This has been most evident in her various campaigns for political elections in both Gibraltar and the wider European sphere when she stood for election to the EU Parliament on two separate occasions.

Together Gibraltar is a civil society movement which seeks to unify Gibraltarians and represent their views from across the political spectrum
